Atypical restaurant working with products from the nearby market and offering generous dishes
In 2016, Christèle Sans created this atypical restaurant decorated with a host of small decorative objects. The choice of menus is limited (2 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts), as Agnès cooks everything the same day using produce from the nearby halles. The food/wine pairing is perfect. Poultry with hazelnuts, spinach cake and almonds are accompanied by Costières de Nîmes wines. The generous plates are priced as gently as the restaurant's ambience, where it's good to take a quiet gourmet break. Products from the halles de Nîmes.
