Opposite the Nîmes arena, comfortably seated on a red velvet banquette, you'll enjoy traditional cuisine: andouillettes de Troyes with mustard, Charolais tartare prepared in front of you, veal kidneys, brandade de Nîmes, traditional sauerkraut... We recommend dishes featuring local olives: puff pastry with brandade mousse and black tapenade; gardiane of Camargue bull with olive rice; red mullet fillets with tapenade and anchoïade, seasonal vegetables; pan-fried bull ribeye with anchovy cream and olive purée; brandade de Nîmes tartar with tapenade and poppy seed; crème brûlée flavored with vanilla and olive oil or the highly original roasted apple with cinnamon and olive chocolate sauce.

A eviter, TRES TRES mauvais
Le service est déplorable (sûrement des jeunes payés au lance-pierres), le patron est grossier envers ses clients et la cuisine est horrible. Mon hamburger mesurait 5 cm, noyé dans une sauce immonde avec des frites molles et mal cuites. Bref une très mauvaise expérience, apparemment partagées par mes voisins. Le patron est venu m'enguirlander parce que j'avais osé critiqué la taille du hamburger.

Entrée aubergine très correcte. Eviter le gigot d agneau de 7 heures qui s était transformé en boeuf de pot au feu en sauce très filandreux.

It is very elegant restaurant, which boasts an extraordinary location. The tables on the terrace or sit right from the beginning of sunny days has an ideal location right at the foot of jNîmes Bullring. The indoor dining room, with its relaxed elegant atmosphere, is also very pleasant. Good local traditions. The owner is a funny and warm man, who makes everything to ensure you have a good time. Recommended for business lunches and romantic dinners on the terrace.
