Everything here is in harmony with the camarguaises traditions! The bull is present and haddock, the speciality of the nîmois heritage, is also essential. The reception is warm and courteous. A member of the Brotherhood of Tradesmen of the Gard, the kitchen of this restaurant is traditional and authentic. The Provençal roots are claimed here from decor to plate: warm colours of the walls used to the old or specialities that are déclinent aubergines, zucchini, tomatoes, olive oil, quenelle, haddock, everything here has the southern accent. With variable capacity rooms, the restaurant is as well adapted to the head-to-head as to large receptions, from 50 to 500 seats!
