Restaurant bistro at reasonable prices for a regional cuisine of character in Nîmes
A bouchon in Nîmes? That is not trivial! A stone's throw from the bullring, in a small perpendicular street, this Bistro is a restaurant that has been in place for years. Welcome and correct rates for regional cuisine of character: Lyon sausage, liver cake, pan-fried calf liver, grilled mustard cream, veal head sauce sauce, pig foot, it is a kitchen that one particularly appreciates the winter… The cook is Burgundy and we know it, even if it is able to give the exchange with dishes of the day with local accents, inscribed in slate. The fish map revolves around mullet, pike quenelles, or frogs'legs. Note, in November, new Beaujolais evenings, which here continue. The location is restricted and opinions are shared: the tables are too close to some, while for others they create the ideal conditions for a certain user friendliness.

Near the arena, of course, and not far from the hotel. One of the better meals we’ve enjoyed in France this trip. Charming interior. Excellent service.
Le menu du jour à 16 euros est une très belle surprise.
Cuisine très soignée et généreuse de l entrée au dessert.
La carte avec les incontournables plats Lyonnais une vraie tuerie.
J y vais le plus souvent possible car le ratio qualité prix est imbattable dans le secteur.
