Welcome and correct rates for regional cuisine of character: Lyon sausage, liver cake, pan-fried calf liver, grilled mustard cream, veal head sauce sauce, pig foot, it is a kitchen that one particularly appreciates the winter… The cook is Burgundy and we know it, even if it is able to give the exchange with dishes of the day with local accents, inscribed in slate. The fish map revolves around mullet, pike quenelles, or frogs'legs. Note, in November, new Beaujolais evenings, which here continue. Das Tagesessen war sehr gut und ist auch preislich vernünftig (16 EUR für ein komplettes Menü, 3 Gänge). Der Service ist sehr nett, dass Ambiente sehr schön. Eindeutig um wiederzukommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Un accueil, un service et une cuisine qui fait vibrer les épicuriens. Bravo à Yohan et Sally. Le Bistrot des Arènes est souvent imité sur Nîmes , jamais égalé pour la qualité de ces plats et la fraîcheur de ses produits.
