Restaurant bistro at reasonable prices for a regional cuisine of character in Nîmes
A bouchon in Nîmes? That is not trivial! A stone's throw from the bullring, in a small perpendicular street, this Bistro is a restaurant that has been in place for years. Welcome and correct rates for regional cuisine of character: Lyon sausage, liver cake, pan-fried calf liver, grilled mustard cream, veal head sauce sauce, pig foot, it is a kitchen that one particularly appreciates the winter… The cook is Burgundy and we know it, even if it is able to give the exchange with dishes of the day with local accents, inscribed in slate. The fish map revolves around mullet, pike quenelles, or frogs'legs. Note, in November, new Beaujolais evenings, which here continue. The location is restricted and opinions are shared: the tables are too close to some, while for others they create the ideal conditions for a certain user friendliness.

As a whole I rather disappointed because I love Lyonnais cuisine and I did not find the spirit of Lyon in what has me was presented.
I found that the bill for 3 menu + 1 wine + 1 dessert and 3 coffee (€83) was a little bit expensive.
Beware of the combinations of flavours and seasons.
