RAJPUT
Around the Semaphore, in this Quartier/Porte de France area, where the world's cuisines come closer, Nîmes shows a beautiful cosmopolitan face. In front of the Ganesh, the Rajput is the other good Indian restaurant, Rajasthan exactly, even if the boss is Pakistani. Here you will also be greeted after 22 h with a smile. The map offers a rich list of typical dishes, many white meats, skewers, tandooris, spicy fish, seafood or vegetarian plates (from 8 €). Everything is colourful and reasonably recorded. Naans in cheese, patties of the French, are made on site, such as chapatti, bread without leaven in full wheat, accompanied by dall (pink coral lenses at curry & coco), chicken to cashew-ginger, madras lamb or le tikka. One day you can taste the royal biriani, a sumptuous mixture of shelled crustaceans, vegetables and rice end to the 27 spices. A 29 €, the dish, you will have for your taste buds! In the summer, a few tables on the perpendicular sidewalk take advantage of the culinary journey and live music from the Prolé!
