MAMIE LANGOS
Small restaurant serving làngos with cheese, etc., a street-food speciality from Central European countries
Behind the Carré d'Art, in this small restaurant run by Maxime and Diana, a Franco-Hungarian couple, you can enjoy làngos, a street-food speciality from Central Europe. This kind of thick, deep-fried pancake, bordering on focaccia, is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Traditionally served with cheese, crème fraîche, chives, garlic and paprika, the chef also offers more creative versions, such as the brandade-based nîmoise or the raclette version in winter.
