The place is quite simply "unique", built in the basement of a 4-star hotel. It's a bar for grands crus, a tapas bar, and an oyster bar (4 varieties). The key words are conviviality, sharing and pleasure for the senses in a refined setting. On the menu: Iberian pluma, accras, forgotten vegetables, lamb chuletas or lobster. In the cellar, you can select your nectar from the Languedoc/Roussillon wine cellar with the expert advice of our sommeliers.
