Nous avons découvert par hasard cet "atelier du sandwich". C'est de loin le meilleur sandwich que je n'ai jamais mangé. J'avais choisi un sandwich végétarien. Les légumes, très goûteux, étaient cuisinés maison et tièdes. Le pain aux céréales, un peu chaud, moelleux et ferme à la fois sur la croute était aussi délicieux. Mon épouse qui avait choisi le sandwich romain s'est régalée autant que moi. Nous recommandons vivement ce petit restaurant. Nous avons mangé sur place. Aucun supplément. À conseiller.... Le personnel est tout à fait sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter la prochaine fois que nous passerons à Nîmes.
