Take a seat at Chez Jo: a traditional restaurant, but not so much so, with spontaneous cuisine, prepared according to the chef's desires, who gleans his fresh produce from the stalls of his neighbours in Les Halles. A love affair for burgers: generous, tasty, simply delicious. Special mention for this year's newcomer: minced steak of matured Galician meat, PDO Swiss Tomme de Suisse, onion and shallot confit deglazed with red wine "Nîmois Ni toi". Perfect!
