Thierry Tartamella has been working in his chic maison de maître for over 30 years. In the interior garden, you can dine under the hundred-year-old cedar, amid bamboo and palm trees. But perhaps you'd prefer the 19th-century ambience of the dining room? The à la carte menu features refined southern cuisine that changes with the market and the seasons. Homemade tapas are served with aperitifs on Thursday and Friday evenings.
