AU FLAN COCO
Specialty restaurant Pat' à Coco offering a selection of local wines
Aurélia and Bruno welcome you to this former Ursuline convent: you can dine in the chapel of the large convent, under celestial vaults, on the summer patio or on the mezzanine. The house specialty is the famous Pat' à Coco, a pie filled with brandade, trout, lamb or foie gras. The menu also includes cuttlefish a la plancha, cod or lamb mice with garlic confit. For dessert, of course, there's the coconut flan. The selection of local wines is equally subtle.
