Le Nocturne is renowned among late-nighters, gourmets and romantics. The setting is hushed, the lighting subdued. South-Western cuisine is showcased to perfection. The meat menu (pavé de magret de canard au chèvre et miel, escalope de foie gras poêlée aux pommes, confit de canard et échalotes confites au balsamique, risotto aux morilles et escalopes de foie gras). But also: fish, seafood (scallop skewers with lemon ginger sauce, gambas with armagnac...) and vegan dishes. A refined menu, to be tried without complexes.
