At Les Halles Auberge, at the end of the Paprika alley, you can dine perched on stools, in the incessant ballet of the Halles, on products selected from neighboring stallholders. During the week, you'll need to come early to get a seat. At weekends, aperitifs spill over into the neighboring lanes. The convivial atmosphere is just right for the market.
