LA CUISINE DE PASCALINE
In the middle of the commercial area of Saint-Césaire, the village of yesteryear resists. This restaurant is located in a lovely farmhouse, which you will need to find by car. On arrival, you will be under the charm of the building, built in stone with a vermillon vermillon triclinia. Push the entrance door, climb on the floor by the ancient staircase and… discover a true dining room, decorated in Provençal style. You are in La Cuisine de Pascaline, an original restaurant, held by Alain and Pascaline, in the furnaces. The lady likes traditional dishes in addition to a few modern touches: boeuf beef tartare, swimming of Saint-Jacques coral or simple paved beef, vegetable puree to three colors… choose from slate. The cheeses are directly from Vergne (Halles de Nîmes). The wines are delivered by the 421 wine merchant, a neighbour who provides good advice, especially on regional and other famous vineyards in France. Taste the artisanal anisette (moderately), it appétit! A perfect place for business meetings or romantic pleasure.
