LE JARDIN D’HADRIEN
On a street perpendicular to Gambetta Boulevard, this restaurant hides a secret garden, which is far from suspecting on the street. Inside, the view plunges through the veranda on a leafy green area where you can settle in the summer. In the dining room, exposed stones and a massive fireplace that bring a small rustic and bourgeois side at a time. In winter, it is good to sip an elixir near the fire. Victor Luis Dos Santos, after regaled his customers'taste buds at Hiély Lucullus in Avignon, at Marie castle of Arpaillargues Castle, and at the Fountain of La Fontaine (the Imperator in Nîmes), took over the torch of Hadrian's Garden. It offers a modest, simple and creative cuisine, Mediterranean, strong in heritage and character. You can set yourself up in this green area with a taste of home, charge and precision with regional products.
