ID AU GOUT DU JOUR
In 2011, Isabelle and Daniel opened the ID to the Taste of the Day. "I" as in Isabelle,"D" as in Daniel. The idea was to make a salad'bar where customers could make their own salad to eat on the spot or to take away, this gave an atypical and friendly restaurant. The fully open room rotates around the kitchen, visible from all sides. Isabelle and Daniel want to be in total symbiosis with the client. While Isabelle is busy in the kitchen preparing the salty dishes and the dish of the day, Daniel - a pastry chef by trade - creates simple and tasty desserts that are as tasty as you could wish. And an important element that distinguishes this establishment from other breweries and some restaurants is the absence of frying, you do not leave the establishment smelling the gravel. Here, no map or slate, the concept is visible to everyone. Mouse grey, urban grey, pink and black are the dominant colours.
