Although Palosanto only saw the light of day in 2017, it is already firmly established in the gastronomic landscape of Nîmes. The chef and owner, Angel Placa, originally from Argentina, is trained in world cuisines. Every day, he offers an artistic and refined cuisine, with regional products (often organic). The lunch menu changes every day, and offers unbeatable value for money. We had the chance to taste a fantastic pork medallion... A delight! A little advice: remember to book, as places are "expensive".

Human hair in food. When raised the waiter, he tried to tell me it was a micro herb!!! At least , after negotiation, i didnt have to pay for my meal, and only paid for my partners meal and the wine
