Although Palosanto only saw the light of day in 2017, it is already firmly established in the gastronomic landscape of Nîmes. The chef and owner, Angel Placa, originally from Argentina, is trained in world cuisines. Every day, he offers an artistic and refined cuisine, with regional products (often organic). The lunch menu changes every day, and offers unbeatable value for money. We had the chance to taste a fantastic pork medallion... A delight! A little advice: remember to book, as places are "expensive".

Accueil et service au top ???? . Une carte spéciale Féria Septembre 2023 est proposée. Nous avons pris paella et côte de taureau ????. Les plats sont présentés avec soin et sont savoureux ????????????
