Restaurant serving a seasonal menu and exceptional wines in Nîmes
Son of winegrowers and a winegrower himself, Michel Hermet was seduced from an early age by the arts of the table, which led him to the doors of the Cheval Blanc, (a five hundred year old restaurant) opposite the arena. The menu is seasonal, but the great classics of French heritage are offered all year round (Aubrac beef steak, eggs en meurette, the chef's brandade...) For connoisseurs, 250 references from the greatest French appellations for an exceptional wine list! About twenty great wines can be served by the glass.
