On the corner of two streets, a stone's throw from the Arènes, is this excellent restaurant offering local cuisine with a touch of the world. Chef Eve-Laure's menu features plant-based ingredients and evolves with the seasons and local produce. We loved the freshness of the "Shime Saba"-style marinated mackerel, accompanied by a small tempura of yarrow leaves from the Cévennes, followed by a delicious organic banana cake from the Canary Islands with a gourmet chocolate sauce. A real treat! Attractive wine list, mostly local and biodynamic.
