Très bon accueil cote Ibis Budget et très bon p tit dej avec personnel très compétent |Par contre eu une chambre PMR car que ça de dispo et franchement je n ai pas trouvé la chambre très adéquate si on est en fauteuil seul et je m y connait pour travailler dans ce secteur.

Comme nous étions le WE le restaurant était fermé ce qui pour moi est un manquement car j'aime ne plus bouger une fois arrivé à l'étape. A la réception nous avons une jeune femme très aimable et compétante.

Même si le chauffage était éteint, la chaleur pendant la nuit était insupportable. Bon petit déjeuner, conforme aux standards Ibis. Lorsque vous effectuez une réservation sur le site Accor, ils vous demandent d'indiquer vos préférences. Vous n’avez pas à vous soucier de le faire car c’est inutile puisqu’ils ne répondent jamais aux préférences. Bref, un bon hôtel et un excellent service, mais avec des défauts.

Excelente ubicación. Muy buena atención del personal de recepción. Habitación grande y agradable. Buen televisor con un mando que no funcionaba. A pesar de haber apagado la calefacción, el calor durante la noche fue insoportable. Buen desayuno, dentro de los estándares de Ibis. Cuando se hace la reserva en la web de accor, te dicen que indiques tus preferencias. No hay que molestarse en hacerlo ya que no sirve para nada ya que nunca atienden las preferencias. En definitiva, bien hotel y excelente atención, pero con fallos.
