j'ai acheté pour mon fils un jouet quand je l'ai ouvert il manquait des pièces et je me suis vite rendu compte que cet emballage avait été ouvert, je me suis présentée à la vendeuse qui m'a proposé de me fournir les pièces manquantes j'ai refusé car je souhaitais un jouet non utilisé donc j'ai pris un nouveau carton, personne ne s'est excusé je ne suis pas prˆete d'y retourner et je trouve qu'il y a toujours des boites de jeux qui trainent dans le magasin comme les puzzles cependant les vendeurs sont très avenants
