DIDEROT
Let's say, the Diderot bookstore assumes its reputation as an engaged left bookstore. Indeed, this boutique has been campaigning for more than thirty years for its vision of a better, more humane world bearing the humanist spirit. It embodies the name that it chose in homage to the great encyclopédiste and philosopher of the Enlightenment and tries, like him, to mark its difference by choosing the works it proposes. A word like in ten, don't look for Nicolas Sarkozy's bibliography, you leave void. Nor will you find commercial bestsellers - not all of them, far from it - but many quality, freely chosen books for large and small.
