Any player must be registered on the basis of an official identity piece with a photograph. After this formality, the reader can consult the majority of the files. Some of them are subject to time limits for communication, and derogations must be requested to access them. Inventories, thematic files are available to the public to guide them in their research. Photocopies of related documents are prohibited, but photographs are permitted.
