MAISON DEPARTEMENTALE DES PERSONNES HANDICAPEES (MDPH)
The departmental Houses for persons with disabilities in France carry out a Mission of Reception, Information and Support for Persons Living with Disabilities. A multidisciplinary team evaluates the needs of the individual on the basis of the personalized life project. A Commission on the Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities (CDAPH) implements its decisions, including the granting of compensation for disability. Access to financial assistance (PCH, AAH, etc.) and home support services passes through the MDPH. Coordination actions with sanitary and medico-social devices are carried out by a focal point, specially used for vocational integration. The MDPH provides a telephone line for emergency calls and a nursing care team. Welcome home without appointment.
