It is in the centre of the city of Nîmes that Brasserie La Barbaude puts all its heart and energy into the production of local beers. Run by two brothers passionate about hops, this artisanal brewery stands out in perfect respect of tradition and thanks to the absence of filters and pasteurization. The beers on offer are honest, straightforward, full of flavours, and there are no colourings or preservatives. These qualities will be observed by the discerning eyes who will notice a slight deposit at the bottom of each of the brewery's bottles. On a regular basis, the brewery duo presents new beer recipes inspired by local products from the Gard and neighbouring departments.
