ZERO DEGRE
Summer 2009, a big sensation at the Halles, a new stall opened, the first glacier to settle in the covered market. Rarely had a glacier created such a buzz! It should be said that the temperature was there but, above all, it was used to taste these new flavours: fishing of vines, orange orange, melon, apple caramélisée apple, mango mango, coconut nuts, green tea, bergamot… Wouldn't you say the map of greedy teas? This is because Michel Bagnol, the glacier master, former student of Gaston Lenôtre, uses infusions for the production of certain sorbets and other ice creams, which are perfumed to the flower flower or to the lemon verbena, flavoured with basil and spices, while rare red fruits like cramberries have made their entrance. Let us hope that the public asks: we want more organic ice (sugar and fruit AB + spring water), we're ready for exciting news. Have you tasted the salted sherbet with quenelle or ice in quenelle milk?
