MAISON AMARA
We cannot blame Saïda Nefati for not knowing his job! She has a sacred pastry master CV. She worked at Ortholan in Montpellier (his heart master), David Déroy, Michel Marchand in Saint-Rémy and Marc Getty in Vestric. So it was time for her to fly on his own wings, which she did in the fall of 2016 by opening his own bakery bakery with his brother. A home all the more family than Amara was the first name of their maternal grandfather. Saïda wanted a clean and unbeatable place, which, of course, does not prevent the products from being fresh and delicious, with crisp bread and pastries blowing in the mouth but not too heavy.
