Masa Mama is a living bakery created by Clément. Here, every flour selected is organic, and natural sourdoughs are given pride of place to create exceptional breads: tasty, easily digestible and long-lasting. Winner of the Gard gourmand competition for his farmhouse breads in 2024, he prepares a unique recipe every month, such as the surprising, but very gourmet, roasted pumpkin and black pepper bread. Among our favorites, don't miss the pompe à l'huile, a rare Provencal specialty beautifully crafted by this passionate baker.
