Since Frederic Alle laid down its ovens rue Fresco, the life of this little street of the city centre has changed. The bread proposed is, without hesitation, one of the best in the city centre, in the purest French tradition of the crispy wand which, as soon as it hits, announces a well-started day. Viennoiseries are the same accabit, with a wide choice of fougasses to we, tomato or anchovies. Blanks, lightning and a fougasse of pure Mortes-Mortes also make the excellent reputation of this bakery. Traditional quiches and pizzas complete the proposals for salt. Everything was served with Laetitia's smile.
