BRANDADE LA NÎMOISE
Christophe Sheep, born from the 4 th generation of brandadier, likes to say that he was raised to the haddock bottle. He continues to prepare her as his forebears, in an artisanal way. The haddock was born from a barter between Breton fishermen (who sought salt to conserve their cod) and white gold sellers. Nîmes then found itself on the salt road, at the centre of these exchanges. Henri Mouton was launched in 1851 in the artisanal realization of the Nîmes cod haddock. Its traditional and authentic recipe, based on quality cod caught in the Pacific and olive oil, even arrives until Paris. Already rewarded in 2014 for his traditional haddock by Taste Activists, in 2015 a new «Innovation» medal came to honor Christophe Sheep for his natural haddock without milk.
