If you see an impressive track in front of the central gate, it's the spring and the strawberry season. This reputed barking then flows an impressive tonnage of a chantilly cream home! The boss of the site, Paul Ribière, is a friendly man who jealously guards the recipe of his creams, whether they be flogged or chestnut. His daughter, Magalie, and an employee provide the sale, including the service of fresh cheeses camarguais, faiselles (delicious!), boundary, nature or herbs. An excellent family business - well known and appreciated by the gourmets - tradition as well as quality!
