Restaurant and French fry shop cooking with fresh products and offering home-made fries
This restaurant and French fry shop at the entrance to Pont-Saint-Esprit is run by Dominique and Maria Cibois. Their aim is to promote their cuisine, based on fresh produce and prepared in the homemade tradition. Homemade fries, the restaurant's flagship product, are potatoes peeled and cut, then cooked in beef fat in a bath at 140°C, then baked at 180°C. Mussels, meanwhile, are served in a variety of sauces. A good variety of moules-frites, moules gratinées and beers are available. It's Belgium in the Gard!
