The new team, faithful to the legend of this place, has engaged in traditional but creative cuisine, charpentée. Parmentier of winged duck pan-fried of forest mushrooms and its cresson to olive oil; lamelles of pickled cuttlefish and grilled sauce; a trilogy of meat and buds, cappuccino of chestnut cream to the ceps smoked bacon powder will not leave you indifferent. And, after the cheese, why not finish on a tender note with a floating island to the strawberry Tagada, to the colors of the infantile laughter!
