Serge had always dreamed of having a small family vineyard. But this employee of a winery didn't want to "bring work home" by planting vines. So he opted for the olive tree. And he quickly took to it, so much so that he now owns almost a thousand olive trees. He even invested in a small mill in 2006: while others were buying a nice car, he swore by a beautiful mill with a traditional press (scourtins), if you please! Serge thus produces two certified organic oils: a single-varietal fruity green Picholine and a fruity ripe Negrette.
