Whether you sit on the magnificent country terraces or sit down to dinner in the lovely vaulted rooms of this former bank, you're in for a treat with these Dutch owners. They revisit traditional cuisine and add an exotic touch to Cévennes products, such as the nem with pelardon and onion confit. The menu changes with the seasons, with salads and poke bowls in summer and comforting dishes on cooler days, but we hope you'll try the beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise.
