Restaurant serving refined cuisine with market products
This restaurant in Saint-Bonnet-du-Gard recently underwent a facelift. Séverine Carlesi and Mustapha Lillou, both natives of the Gard, decided to put their skills at the service of the people of Gard. After renovating and rearranging the parts, the couple of managers got down to work in the kitchen: a successful gamble to serve refined cuisine with products freshly from the market and from local producers. Here is an example of the taste course proposed by the house: smoked fish brandade with mashed carrots as a starter, a bull chop and its bordelaise sauce as a main course or the guinea fowl supreme with its morel sauce and fresh tagliatelle, concluding with the gourmet delight as a dessert. Everything here is home-made or made by the neighbours, just like the home-made bread, which comes from the village bakery.

L'ambiance seul petit bémol ,ce jour là il y avait un orchestre de qualité mais la musique était un peu forte en ce qui me concerne.
