LE PETIT MARCHE D'AUVERGNE
Le Petit Marché d'Auvergne is a short direct-to-farmer supply chain created in 2011 in the Alés region. It brings together small producers from the Gard, Lozère and Cantal regions "from the farm to your plate". All the meats presented are label-certified, and the livestock are raised outdoors in the mountains without silage (corn, soy, granules) and without GMOs or other antibiotics. Traceability, authenticity and quality are the triptych of Eric Zighmi's commitments, as he criss-crosses the Planèze region in search of the best local produce. Farm-raised Salers beef and veal, free-range poultry from the Cévennes, old-fashioned Cantal charcuterie (without chemicals), and raw-milk cheeses, he sells direct to consumers through his small farm store in Saint-Christol-lès-Alès, as well as online.
