Julien Salem and his wife Anaïs are the conductors of the Atelier des Halles. Located in a historic setting overlooking the Halles and the Abbatiale, the restaurant offers bistro-style cuisine with a gastronomic twist, using only local produce. In fact, the menu features only local producers! On the menu, you'll find revisited classics, more original dishes and a fine selection of tapas. And, as Madame is an oenologist, the wines on offer are the perfect accompaniment to the menu. A very good address.

Accueil parfait, très bon repas, tous les éléments étaient réunis pour passer une soirée parfaite, on a même pu acheter le foie gras servi qu'on a trouvé si bon pour le partager avec notre famille à Noël, on reviendra c'est sûr.
