Rice has been a family affair for the Benoît family for 4 generations. It all started at the beginning of the 20th century with Paul. Today, the farm covers several hundred hectares in the Camargue. The different varieties of rice grown, which hold the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) label, testify to the richness and authenticity of these products, which ripen in the heart of this wild region. There are long white rice (organic or not), whole grain rice but also black rice, red rice, flavoured rice or round rice.... These are all varieties that can be used in salty or sweet recipes.
