The Belle Vie hotel bears its name well. If you want to spend a relaxing weekend, surrounded by olive trees, by the pool, with the song of cicadas, leaving you pampered, this is the right place for you. This hotel is in set in the heart of Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan, a small typical Provencal town surrounded by 1000 hectares of vineyards. This haven is at a stone's throw from the Gard Bridge, the most visited monument in the region, and a few kilometres from Uzès, Nimes or Avignon. You will be welcomed in Belle Vie by your hosts, Thierry and Sylvie, in the friendliest local tradition, this residence which they tastefully decorated, using a subtle blend of contemporary and traditional furnishings. They succeeded in highlighting best of Provence with great refinement. The restaurant is run by the chef, Gérald Hugues who succeeded, around a tight menu, to insert sun in his balanced dishes. Do not miss this stopover if you are in the area.

La cuisine est autant raffinée que généreuse, soignée. La carte est vins est très correcte, les prix ultra maîtrisés pour ce standing.
