DOMAINE DE L'OLIVIER
Wine is a family story here. The Domaine de l'Olivier is very close to the village that houses it, which contains many interesting areas. Eric and Robin Bastide, father and son, produce here with métier wines, often high in oak barrels but for which wood serves as rehausseur and not cache. In the radius of the enlarge, a côtes-du-rhône-villages with Grenache and Syrah tones, unsubtyped and spicy to wish. A white meeting the sweet name of massacans, slightly wooded, real ray of sunshine as an aperitif but which also supports the most serious cheeses. Rosé is of the same ilk and easily supports comparison with a Tavel. To finish on a high red, the Edge of the wood will, after a few years of cellar, reveal the most beautiful mineral touches of this beautiful land.
