In the heart of Piedmont Cévenol, Gilles Granier, Master Restaurateur, plays with local products and their flavours. The result is dishes inspired by the great classics, but with that personal touch that makes a table unique. The menu follows the seasons and the dishes are renewed according to the chef's wishes. The chef is also a fine pastry chef: so succumb to his signature dessert, a millefeuille that is known to be light, gourmet and airy. The establishment is also a charming hotel. An excellent address to keep on your shelves!

Très bons produits dans des plats traditionnels revisités. Le menu à 34 euros (entrée-plat-fromage-dessert) est très copieux!
Équipe accueillante et agréable.

We had a marvellous meal last night, the Salad du Plan was simple perfection, the pork main course was subtle and delicious and the desert was unforgettable. Add to this a relaxed atmosphere and super friendly owners, I have no hesitation recommending this reasonably priced restaurant.
