In the heart of Piedmont Cévenol, Gilles Granier, Master Restaurateur, plays with local products and their flavours. The result is dishes inspired by the great classics, but with that personal touch that makes a table unique. The menu follows the seasons and the dishes are renewed according to the chef's wishes. The chef is also a fine pastry chef: so succumb to his signature dessert, a millefeuille that is known to be light, gourmet and airy. The establishment is also a charming hotel. An excellent address to keep on your shelves!

The owner and the waiters are friendly.
alors la salle..comme tout le monde connait l'adresse c'est couru et donc plein. Une grande salle sans âme, tables serrées et donc salle bruyante...les conversations du voisin on peut y participer..aucune insonorisation. C'est bien dommage! on aimerait être un peu plus coocooné ....
