The cooperative cellar of Saint-Jean-de-Serres was born, like many others, in the 1920s (in 1929 to be precise). Today it has more than 70 members who offer PGI OC and PGI Cévennes wines in white, rosé and red. Of course, a tasting is possible at the cellar to give you a better idea of the local wines!
