Il y avait constamment du bruit de la route et je me sentais un peu coincé.
Nous avions un chalet de vacances d'un côté de la haie (situé sur un camping attenant) et une demi-douzaine de fenêtres d'une caravane statique nous regardant de l'autre côté.
Le terrain semblait étroit et l’ensemble du site semblait enclavé.
Le chalet de vacances était occupé par une dame âgée qui avait la télévision allumée à fort volume toute la journée. Rien que le camping aurait pu faire contre cela mais avec la télévision française rivalisant avec le trafic, c'était difficile de se détendre.
Donc si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre, ce n’est peut-être pas le bon endroit pour vous. Nous sommes partis à vélo jusqu'au Camping La Parée Chalon. Essayez cet endroit où nous nous sommes promenés. Très calme, proche de la plage et beaucoup d'espace.

I found it difficult to relax on this site.
There was constant road noise and I felt a bit hemmed in.
We had a holiday chalet on one side of the hedge (situated on an adjoining campsite) and half a dozen windows of a static caravan looking down on us from the other.
The pitch felt tight and the entire site felt hemmed in.
The holiday chalet was occupied by an elderly lady who had the tv on at a loud volume all day. Nothing that the campsite could have done about this but with French tv competing with the traffic, it was difficult to relax.
So if you are looking for a place to relax, this might not be the right place for you. We cycled out to Camping La Paree Chalon. Try that place we walked around it. Very peaceful, close to the beach and lots of space.
