COOXY
Déric and Jonathan Russier found inspiration 15,000 kilometres from the French borders. The two brothers brought back from Australia the desire to start a business around an indigenous institution: life in the open air and its share of barbecues with family or friends. They imagined the first public plancha connected. Called Cooxy, this electric and secure "cooker" is designed to take place in the emblematic places of large urban areas, to cultivate good food and conviviality. Déric and Jonathan Russier have developed a smartphone application - accessible on Google Play and the App Store - that allows you to geolocate the available planchas, but also to start them up and set the cooking temperatures. The two entrepreneurs hope to democratize the use of the barbecue by making it public and accessible to all free of charge. With Cooxy, you no longer need to have a garden at home to enjoy the pleasure and flavours of a plancha cuisine.
