Located within walking distance from the Gard bridge, the wine cellar installed in the former cellar of Saint-Maximin, 4 km from Uzès, retains an authentic style. It is thanks to the work of men and their ancestral know how, but also their constant evolution in winemaking methods that the AOC and IGP wines that are presented there have been rewarded so often. Some of them reach their climax like the Racine or Prestige vintagese, others like Gewurztraminer just start to build a fame. Do not hesitate to push the door of this cellar to taste and choose the vintage that suits you, from the mono-grape variety such as Grenandise, with its perfume and its colour that make it a very trendy delicacy, to the more complex assemblies that deserves a little guard. The cellar is easily accessible and offers free parking. Festive events and tasting are organised in summer and therefore allow you to exchange with the winemakers.
